We barely hear about this on TV like some child goes missing once a year and later it turns out that her father kidnapped her from her mother than they made up and everything is fine@SW-User but there is really a SEA of these missing kids, hundreds of thousands we never hear about

@Nobody00 Someone my sister knew who was married to a local tv journalist told her in the early 80’s that most of the missing children were due to family custody disputes and only a small handful like a dozen were kidnapped by strangers. Well I called bullshit on that story even back then. There are so many perverts out there who would love to snatch a young child and it’s just multiplied by decade since then.
