I'm being forced to convert to 5G service...i told them I don't want it near me...they said well I have no choice...i thought this was a free country

If you have an older phone you can't get 5G you'd have to upgrade your phone but not necessary. My phone is 4g but my tablet is 5G. 4G will become slower though.

@SW-User ya they forced-mailed me a new sim card to perform a " network reset" . I called said i don't want anything new. They asked if I got the new simcard I said no 🤭kinda lied. He said " well out tracking shows you have it...insert it perform network reset and you can use everything unlimited" I said no thanks so they turned off my phone...🥺

@SW-User That doesn't sound right at all. I'd call my cell service provider. They can't just turn your phone off especially if you pay the bill.

@SW-User they just did...no data, no warning. I called he said "just SIMPLY insert" this new simcard and use it 😥 Seriously I'm not kidding. I was kind of shocked myself
