Viral transmission happens more easily indoors where the air is drier. Also, masks don't prevent viral transmission, which everyone knew and agreed on until the spring of 2020. Masking healthy people is not beneficial, it has many drawbacks. Masks get moist, trap comensural bugs from your mouth, then you breathe them back into your lungs from the mask. The WHO admitted to a British journalist that they adopted their mask recommendation position from political pressure, not from new scientific evidence. Your friend should get outside, get plenty of sun to raise her vitamin D level, and breathe fresh air.
