A fight is often less about physical attributes than it is about will, the willingness to swiftly cause bodily harm and sustain it. Men tend to have the psychological framework for that kind of mindset as well, but any woman in a normal fight can grab the nearest pair of scissors and stab a dude through his eye or his throat. There are so many ways to end a fight that doesn't rely on physical attributes at all

@Iwillwait Question as is my answer still is an average untrained woman cannot possibly fight as a similar male as the average male is 30 lbs heavier and 6" taller. The average man will undoubtedly succeed against opponents much bigger than that average untrained woman possibly could succeed against. Size matters. What do untrained fighters do? Push, slap, pull hair, wind up on the ground and bigger person wins.

Depends on the man or the woman. Chances are, not if they’re fighting each other. Men, even untrained, tend to have more upper body strength.
