Is it normal for your heart to race when you think you seen your ex gf?wont go into detail forced break up she moved on after 1-2 months if crying and i accpeted it. Even find someone else i like now and have even had another gf since then. Aug 25 will make it 2 years

I think if you have feelings for them.. Idk I only ever had one ex and he lives out of state so I'm no expert on exs :/
