I Have a Question

Can getting bullied most of your life and been treated like dirt really have that much of an effect on someone that it can make them so insecure and not trust people make them feel down right up to this day or is it simply put just that person is just weak.

There is no such thing as a 'weak' person, just lucky and less lucky. Bullying can be incredibly hard to fully get past, but most people I know are insecure regardless whether they were bullied or not.
