as a professor i try to avoid any type of bias. When evaluating written assignments i always do it where the computer makes it anonymous.

When I taught adjunct never did despite some aggressive flirting by female students.
I also did not favor male or female athletes. Had basketball player (M) and volleyball player (F) try and get special treatment.

There are probably studies on this. Maybe you could research this on Google. But it would be interesting to read what female SW folks have experienced personally.

I've mostly had female teachers and they've been great. A few goes apeshit feminist over the class and raises up the females on pedistals, but those are not worth mentioning. The ones who are worth mentioning are the ones who did great teaching.
