I Have a Question

Everyone, what do you think it's going to happen after this COVID-19 blows over?

It depends on the virus. If it develops into a stable strain that can be innoculated against things will go back to normal in a year or two but if it is like the common cold and becomes more deadly we can expect that we will need to eventually break quarantine just to survive and make due as best we can knowing that a large portion of the population will eventually be infected and those with the wrong pre-existing conditions or genetic makeup will die. Providing that the proportion of the population affected is not too high we will be able to compensate but if not, civilization will break down and need to reset. This has happened before.

@Tastyfrzz A year or two seems to be the timeline people are pointing to here, should that be the case, we are in serious trouble.

@fources oh, we are in serious trouble all right. Thing is, we are in denial right now. This is going to go through all the stages of grief.. denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. Trump is likely going to be taking the brunt of our anger. We hear the bargaining as stated and hospitals frantically try to get the supplies they need and Trump tries to transfer the blame from himself. The depression will occur when we realize what we've lost. This going to take some time.
