What is the saddest thing that you have seen recently?
For me it was my father in law asking my mother in law to open a couple of beers for us guys while he finished cooking lunch. He handed her the corkscrew/ bottle opener, "This is no good," she says, she didn't recognise it. Her dementia has gotten so bad.
