I totally agree with you.You are lucky that you have your own trees and that you know what you are eating. I'm so paranoid about food these days, there's so many weird things they do to the food we eat. They are poisoning us with food, water, air, beauty products, drugs etc.. You don't know what's healthy and not these days. Scary!

To much of anything I think isn't overly healthy.. Like you said, with what they spray on them and so on, you never really know exactly what you are ingesting.
I don't really buy fruit though, I have lots of fruit trees at my house including apples, so mine are at least not sprayed

Yes, but modern races content far more sugar than the old one's that's a bit a pity.

I think they are heavily sprayed and waxed so that made me post this question. I was never really a fan but I could always eat something healthy and nutritious. Not sure if they are any of those though.

I guess it depends where they come from, the ones from the garden taste good

oh, it is so good to have a mini orchard in the back yard. No spray, no wax, just delicious
