Is it possible to find a list of people one has blocked, and to unblock them if you change your mind?

Go to Edit Profile and scroll all the way to to bottom of the page. Click on Blocked Users. You will find a list there. Just click on unblock under the user you want to unblock and then day yes to the popup.

Yes go into Settings > Manage Blocked Users

Someone has already answered. I have 9 blocked, all were spewing hatred Trump supporter style. I have a few friends who are supporters and I love them, I just hate the ignorance.
