Is it hard to get a job in Ireland?

Ireland is in big trouble economically. Has been for a while, now.
England has unskilled jobs. But the tendency to make them minimum wage positions often means folk don't stay long.
Despite what politicians say, I think the economy worldwide is still pretty flatlined.
