What makes you think that Chinese people are rude? If you do think they are, may I know the reason/reasons?

Because as a Chinese which not from China, this question concerned me a lot... (I apologize for my broken English)

It was our fearless leader....Elizabeth Windsor Saxe Coburg Gotha....who described the Chinese delegation as being 'rude'.
