I Have a Question

Personally I find the plot of Black Panther to be weak and hackneyed. The visual galore was exceptional no doubt, but story wise it's quite lackluster. On the flipside I love the fact that black actors totally dominated the movie, both in protagonist and antagonist roles. What do you think people....

The sub-text of the plot was a bit predictable ie the way that Africa and African nations are viewed by the West, the way that black people are treated by whites, the way that black people treat each other etc etc etc. However, I still found it refreshing that these issues were so openly addressed and brought to the fore.

What I particularly like about all of that is that, a younger audience will be exposed to these issues and, hopefully, come away with a far more positive understanding.
