I Have a Question I just noticed that one of the people asking question has a blue box, like...

When I put in a request for something and addressed it to her, I got a notice that EPAllie cannot respond to correspondence. After some questions, I found out that EPAllie was a program, not a person. There was originally a real live EPAllie, but about two years ago it became a computer program.
