They paid so much for their dress, have to show off ....look at me...look at me ....
I dreamt of this day my whole life ....value of dreams not real life.

Mostly they're really considering if they're doing the right thing.

I am assuming you are referring to at a wedding and not at the grocery store. The slow walk allows everyone to take pictures and prolong the formality of the event
