Thanks Sunny. They don't get that bad now. At worst I catch them early and it only takes me a few days...week at most. They are few and far between though. It's been over a year since the last one. :)

I'd say nervous breaks last longer, panic attacks are very physical however I have no clue if a nervous breakdown has physical manifestations?

The first time I dropped my basket it lasted about a month...took two before I could go back to work.

No ... but will always recommend Cheerios and Sugar Pops ... they do well in milk ... My stealthy way of saying .... Luv ya Kel!

I think it last 2 weeks, it was bad and embarrassing. I was crying at my desk everyday

I wish I knew what to say to comfort you more.
The three days of hell were enough for me.
I cannot imagine it lasting any longer.
I do remember how paralyzing it made me feel.
I cried for almost all of them and could not concentrate long enough to make any kind of rational decision.
If it helps you here to talk to friends, then I am glad this place is here for you.
