I Have a Question

Anyone in the medical field have a suggestion?
Every time I close my eyes to sleep I feel like I'm spinning. I'm constantly exhausted and tired. My body has been aching. I've also been puking bile clear and black. I went to the hospital and they told me I had vertigo. But I don't think that's the case....
