Why does depression turns into anger? It always happens to me, I can't control it, I feel like I'm in a box with depression 😥 I cried in class today I couldn't keep it in

@Lovelyelaine101 I have been there I had a rough time as a teen and when I lost my dad it got worse I was so mad at everything but I realized that being sad and depressed was ok its just who I am then I could take the anger and focus it in a more positive way in my cases music.
