I do. I am an empath. My life growing up really sucked--abusive alcoholic father who often beat me for no reason. But now i am safe, alive and happy. I care that you are struggling. Find some small things in your life to be grateful for, and look for ways you enjoy pleasure--walk in nature, meditate, listen to your favorite music, masturbate, eat some chocolate...would love to listen to you more.
