I Just Wanna Say

I dont know why I feel so alone but I do. Some part of me simply is not happy. I dont know what to do.

That's why we use meditation to be at home with oneself in any given life or body sensations. To have a still calm mind, is the best gift that one can give oneself. When we over analyze, we trap us in our mind, then the real truth of the situation is missed.

Aim for mind peace, then nothing to be alarmed over. ....
