I Am Just Saying

So I baked some cheesecake yesterday and when I tried it, I felt something off. I thought I might need it to sit overnight and I just tried again and still, it tastes like something is missing.

I can't really put a finger on it and it's annoying me.

Vanilla extract maybe?

Umm...Did you forget the cheese?...jk...I've made several baked cheesecakes and mine were a hit and miss.

Maybe add some acidity: citrus fruit juice and/or zest.

Or maybe you forgot to add Kimchi.

@Atlotto This could be it

I forgot vanilla extract in my cookies ...lol
SW-User
@JaggedLittlePill hahaha I'm thinking it maybe but I remember putting every ingredient. I think I didn't put enough of something.
JaggedLittlePill · 46-50, F
@SW-User if the texture is off then that is possible...(I have never made cheesecake so I am not sure of the ingredients)
SW-User
@JaggedLittlePill Could be. I'm going to make it again in a couple weeks and pay more attention to what I'm doing. Maybe I'll catch it
