The only real suggestion I could make is to at least have one "hater" in your inner-circle. If you surround yourself with "Yes people" you are going to make some dumb decisions because everyone will just agree with you. If you have one hater in the group, they'll say something like "Bitch, thats a terrible idea, what the f*ck are you thinking?" ...
