It totally stinks outside and I can't figure out if there is an actual skunk around the building or its the marijuana dispensary down the street.

Very easy to figure out... Take several deep breaths.

If you feel sick to your stomach, it's a skunk.
If you have a sudden craving for Fritos, it's the dispensary
