@MasterofNone Unfortunately, trees for paper aren't always the best environmental choice - but it's better than concrete.

@MasterofNone They plant quick growing trees and cut them down fast, and they aren't always native species that suit the local flora and fauna. Chopping down a natural forest to replace it with a managed plantation only really helps profits, not the environment. Ancient woodland is disappearing fast, and it's a knee jerk reaction sometimes just to plant trees, but it has to be the right kind of planting. It's complicated for sure.
