always!! ok ladies, I know they are uncomfortable as hell but they shape your whole body. your calves are toned, thighs as well, your butt is puckered up a bit too and your boobs are pushed out because you must walk with your backs straight. The walk of a lady in heels is oh so sexy, and the sound will turn every guys eye...
