What is the difference between a psychopath and sociopath?
In your view, what is the difference? Has the difference been made up? I think a sociopath is a psychopath.

A psychopath is one who loses connection with reality and a sociopath is one who lacks empathy completely and will do whatever is good for them regardless of the harm to others.
That was the basic gist I got in college.
