Oh, that is a tough question. 🤔
I like Italian food probably the most, as I enjoy most pastas and pizza. Then I would say that Chinese food is a close second. I do like some Mexican food, but I typically do not eat much of a variety, as I like tacos and burritos.
I am not a big fan of fish.
Like I said though, I certainly would not mind trying anything that you cook.

@aldnazmeister: I love the fish...you don't like...

I like Halibut and Cod, which are white meat fish. Typically I do not eat pink meat fish such as Salmon or Trout, unless it is smoked.
I do like crab, lobster, and shrimp though.
