I had a second battery and solenoid fitted in the trunk and then wired up through to the dashboard.
It means I can run a coffee flask/flashlight/phone/mini-tv/laptop...basically whatever I need without draining the car engine battery.
So if I get stuck anywhere I have pretty much anything I need.

@Complexconfessions I once got caught out up a mountain when I killed my battery trying to use phone/lights/ fog lamps etc. trying to get across it.
Pure fluke that a farmer came past or I could have been there for days !
