@LadyGrace it's basically just videos of different sounds and things that make people feel super relaxed or sometimes feel tingles in their body ☺️

@AliceNoctem I see. Thank you for explaining. It sounds interesting. I've never really been able to get into those subliminal soundtracks. They seem to play the same thing over and over and over. But I'm sure they work for some.
