@Scribbles I mean flexibility in the sense that her hips have the range of motion to achieve this position (with or without wedging herself in there) and her hamstrings have the extension to achieve this with a straight leg. To me that is flexibility.

Now, flexibility is not necessarily fitness. If she could achieve and hold this position without the assistance of the planks, then she would be showing fitness. Does that distinction make sense? Lots of people would be in excruciating pain if put in this position because their bodies are not flexible.

@sarabee1995 To me, part of flexibility is having the fitness required to have strong core muscles, balance, and range of movement required to get into different poses and hold them for a certain amount of time undér ones own power.

Ok, you go pick up some women and I'll go pick up some women, then let's all meet up and make a science experiment out of this.
