what do you do when you feel insecure

i get times where i just feel insecure about my life, about my future.. like what will i do when my only support network, my elderly parents are no longer around to look out for me and be in my life?...will i end up completely alone, in this miserable lonely little flat? will i ever find a partner, someone to share my life with..


then i get insecure about the times we're living in and the security of the country, here in the uk...it's a lot to cope with.
