I need to post this because it is going to irk me.
I was responding to a post asking what people mean when they say "in real life" and I'm pretty sure the OP was deliberately misinterpreting what I was saying, just incase that isn't the case I'm going to put it here as clear as I possibly can.
I can't speak for everyone else but when I say "in real life" I mean in the physical realm, in person (this does not mean I am saying the internet is not real.. it means that it is not real [b][u]life[/u][/b]). Now while there maybe some flaw in definition or some debate as what we call reality most people understand I presume, that most people when saying "in real life" mean in person or in the physical World.
It really shouldn't be that confusing.
