I Had A Dream

I had a dream that I finally had an operation that I had been wanting and needing for a very long time, my operation was a sex change and I would finally be a female, that I had been so longing to be and in my dream I was happier than ever that I had finally become female. When I woke from this dream I realized that it was all a dream and was very unhappy that I wasn't a female, but some day I hope and pray and wish my dream will come true and I will FINALLY become a female.

I had the same dream and fantasy. I dreamt that I had an accident and the surgeon had to remove my cock and turn me into a woman. I look at women who take no care of themselves and it pains me terribly. What amazing women we'd make given the chance. Probably be a bit slutty though.
