I Had A Dream

In this dream, I meet a man who knows I am a wolf and takes me along with him to be a part of his pack. We get in the back of a pick-up truck or something similar and ride down an old dirt road. Somehow, I get on the topic of eating, asking the man, “What will we eat?” The man responds, “Humans.” I become surprised and, in a hesitant voice, ask, “Humans?” In the dream, I feel slightly disgusted and scared of such a thought. Then, I look before the truck as we turn a corner and see wolves stalking and attacking humans. I can see blood on the ground and I can hear the humans scream. The whole time, I continue to tell myself, “They’re desperate.” Next, I find myself in a city. As I move around it, I see that it is flooded and trashed and many people fill the streets and buildings in old damp clothes. I can tell that this is not total anarchy or anything, but the world is in ruins. I knew when I awoke what I was seeing. The wolves were eating humans because the humans had exhausted the world’s resources and left it in ruins. Wolves had no choice but to eat humans, and that’s what affected me the most. I don’t want to eat humans.
