I have very few filters - so i think im pretty much 'me Me', where ever i am.
Thr best i can do is say nothing if im out or at work ..... so i do my best to not comment on stuff or explain too much.
But, im not really good at it.
As you can see - im wordy (😅), i literally say what i think ..... constantly 😩

I think most people have filters ( and just like flaws) but do not acknowledge them @OogieBoogie

They know when not to say things, they know when not to argue, they know when its detrimental to say particular things.
Im not so great at that.
Truth is truth, logic is logic, fair is fair, to me.
Often i reflect on conversations and i can see where i screwed up.
I watch people a lot - and to me, what i see - is not people earnestly wanting to comminicate clearly.....its a game. Its a game of 'move' and ' counter maneuver' - you know, like chess.
And for the life of me, i understand chess, but i dont understand people working like that 🤷♀

Everyone has a different mechanism / method to deal with people and situations.
Good thing is to reflect and see what works for us.
