@thinkingoutloud well the antipsychotics yeah, the vo8ces in my head are gone and I rarely see fantasy that blends with reality so I didn't need them but it seems severe stress van bring it back 😮‍💨

@MyNameIsHurl new job, from having no job, I can't listen to music on the job so I can't destress, that for 3 weeks then having to go into the city which already stresses me out on full trams in the dark to a new class of new people and a grumpy chef. Every inch closer to the class my body kept screaming more "Get the hell out of there!"
The fact that I couldn't find the class at first didn't help either.
So panic and stress bottled up until my brain said bye and my body gave up.
Luckily being used to similar situation I quickly rushed out towards the secretary office to be safe which prevented me from either going into a small corner panicking and disrupting class or vomiting and passing out 😅
