Emotions or at least my ones seem to have a dual nature to be understood.
It´s origin out there.
The feeling inside.
The second is hopely related to the first.
If not, they may deserve some reflection on past experiences and evolutive / social human nature.
If the emotions are a response to what happens, that´s where and what to be understood.
Do I understand all or most what happens out there?
Not always, not enough, but I do my best about.
