i went vegetarian when i was 12 years old. (lacto-ovo) ive recently started eating some chicken and turkey and crabs though because ive developed a soy allergy and need the lean protein and nutrients. it sucks. i prefer soy but i just cant eat it anymore. im still mostly vegetarian though.
