Not lately, but over the past decade, I’ve lost interest in so much. In fact, I’d use the word “enthusiasm” rather than interest. I’ve lost enthusiasm for most things.
I enjoy my workouts, and have interest in searching for different moves and routines. I’d have other interests too, if I had someone to share them with. It’s not the same alone. @popmol
