@BalmyNites What amazes me is that silk ones are more expensive than real ones. I live very close to an orchid "farm" They have flowers and plants from all over the world. It's really fun but closed now due to Covid. 🐱

@Grateful4you Oh yes, absolutely because they are hugely popular & may be placed anywhere, whereas real ones need specific light, temperature etc. Oh how wonderful, I can imagine that’s a sight to see 😍

@BalmyNites I'll be glad when the pandemic is over, they do have some species that are tolerable to cats.

@Grateful4you You know, my cats don’t touch them, fortunately; the same as my horses weren’t interested in ragwort, which can be deadly

@BalmyNites I'm a bit neurotic and overprotective of my babies. Great you have horses! Someday I want to have an animal sanctuary.

@Grateful4you I believe sometimes we don’t give animals the credit they deserve, they often instinctively know what’s bad for them. That’s a lovely idea 😌

@BalmyNites Both cats and dogs sense when an earthquake is coming. I think they "see" folks who have passed. My one cat often stares at what seems to be nothing. It doesn't bother me he may be seeing dead people it's actually kind of comforting.
