I write my emotions out while listening to music. Writing without thinking helps me eventually to see clearly, to know what was actually making me feel down or stressed.

Sometimes I read quotes that i have collected over the years on goodreads, they make me see from a different perspective.
@ethereal The writing sounds like a perfect technique to me. Oddly, I haven't used it as much as I need to. Thanks for the reminder. :)
