1 - NYC - I actually tried living there once. The first week or two were fun, but .....
2 - Fairbanks - I once spent 2 hours there when it was -45 degrees
3 - 6 or 7 cities tie for 3rd. I'm really not into wall-to-wall freeway traffic
Oh, I'm not looking for a job, so I can be choosy :)
