@Elessar I saw a very interesting map on Reddit recently showing Canada's Alberta & Saskatchewan joining the Central and Southern US states (and Alaska). The US coasts, of course, joined with the rest of Canada.
Both countries were roughly equal in GDP. One economy was heavy in tech & services, the other in energy & resources. It was really interesting to look at. Can't find it now though.
