this may not apply to everyone but, what do you mean i gained 7kg in 7 months (probably less honestly) 🤨 ill see if i can cut it back in 7 months too

I gained 80 lbs over the years without realizing it 😳 my mom’s old lady friends were like “you're gaining weight” and i was like “is that anything to say to someone” but i didn't know till latter .. trying to slim now lost 20 need to lose 20 more maybe 😬
