@AllelujahHaptism I think most stuff that is sold as work chairs should be okay. But I mistakenly thought that an ordinary flat chair could be used too and I messed up my back so badly..

@AllelujahHaptism I meant an office chair, yeah. What I sat on was something as simple as this with a hard wooden backrest. Never do that.

ive just ordered a gaming chair, though its probably not that good overall :/

@AllelujahHaptism I have one now. It's pretty good tbh but my problem is that I have pretty bad sitting habits too. 😅 I always want to sit with crossed legs or with my feet up. 😬

@Jonjdw I found one that really fitted me but it was the very last one in that design, it was used and the price didn't drop enough for me to buy a used one.
