@AllelujahHaptism I think when I feel frustrated or ultra negative or dissatisfied etc here, I take a break and log off and try to do something more positive in my life for a bit. It does help. Otherwise it's pretty easy to get pulled down.
@AllelujahHaptism go get a good cup of coffee ☕ or something simple like that when you can or take a little walk. Usually you just have to shift your energy to get things going in a better direction, even if you have to keep doing that.
@AllelujahHaptism I'm not sure, it started several years ago and got a little better after I did a lot of work to stick with a schedule, then it popped up again, but not as bad.
