ill leave with this thought. self knowledge ,knowing oneself, according to new research in psychology, it is impossible for us to see ourselves objectively plus we tend to take other opinions into account,they say most consider self as a thing,which it is not, its a process of continual adaptation to our changing circumstances. 😕
