I Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah
I guess this "Experience Group" is actually where it is.

What is striving to be a better person actually worth? In the context of SW you see all the time the success of claiming you're a better person, or simply not giving a single duck about it all. Just as one example I've seen multiple times, people posting private conversations to ridicule someone. Hopefully this hasn't happened for a while because I don't want to target anybody specifically, just using it to illustrate.
First of all, why would anybody privately message someone prone to publicly share contents of at least somewhat genuine private conversations (NOT talking about simple dick-pic ones), even with names/pics hidden? Yet in keeping with the theme, this doesn't seem to faze people. Not only are people who do this popular enough to get into such a pickle in the first place, these posts invariably get plenty of expressions of support and sympathy. This is even though they're seeing only one side of the issue, one side explaining their thinking and no guarantee that it's complete or unmodified. (The question of when we should assume everything is true is kinda separate...)
These kinds of posts also offer a rare glimpse into people's private conversation behavior. While the other side doesn't usually come across as shining, these seem usually rude and inconsiderate from the poster's side as well. With phrases like "Calm the f*ck down!" etc. with no attempt to see the issue from the other person's point of view. (I'll give a brief nod to that the other side of the conversation, if real, must be feeling their actions are equally justified, or at least successful at getting what they want.) And these are supposed to be the better behavior examples!
Is this what it takes to be popular and successful? Just disrespect and ridicule everybody who doesn't have something you need to offer immediately, make sure THEY are the ones afraid of losing your attention or cut your losses etc? It certainly makes sense from psychological manipulation point of view, but one would hope us humans aren't so easily manipulated, nor mostly so low as to use these tactics. On the other hand, they can be quickly conditioned when successful.
