@wackidywack I solve it in two different ways multiple times
1) "hard"- stay awake all night and also for the whole day and sleep the next night early .
2) "easy" - set an alarm and wake up at an exact time. It doesn't matter how many hours you sleep as long as it's more than 3. Repeat it until you develop a fixed schedule.
@wackidywack that's good. Fix a specific time (example 7 am) and wake up at that time everyday no matter how tired you feel. It takes a little over two days for your body to adjust.
